What makes Subflow different that other SMS marketing tools?

In addition to 1-1 and mass texting, Subflow gives you the ability to host and send digital content at scale using easy-to-customize automations. This makes it easy to generate revenue with subscriptions and collect one-time payments.

What content would I send? What if I don't have content?

Digital content shapes the way your audience interacts with your brand, creating deeper connections and creating better outcomes than traditional printouts, etc.

If you don't have existing content, you can easily acquire pre-made content through sites like Adobe Stock or hire affordable freelancers using Upwork or Fiverr to create custom content.

Will this replace my service offering?

Not unless you want it to. For some providers, a monetized SMS membership may be a great alternative to their current solution. However, for many providers, an SMS membership can be a valuable free content product or a low-priced opportunity for a broader audience to transact.

What is SMS marketing and how does it work?

Just like any marketing, SMS Marketing gives you a direct communication channel to put your products or services in front of your targeted customers. Unlike other traditional marketing, SMS has the advantage of 95% read rates and over a 30% click-through rate, which makes it by far one of the most effective forms of marketing.

Can I send SMS messages to people in other countries?

Subflow only supports US and Canadian numbers at this time. We’re working on expanding internationally and integrating other tools (i.e. WhatsApp) that will enable international communication.

Do you offer any support or training resources to help users get started with your software?

Yes, we have a series of onboarding videos that will help you learn how to use Subflow, a blog on Subflow.com with dozens of articles, and you can follow us on Instagram or Tiktok for new content we post weekly. What are message credits and how do they work?

Message credit are a standardized way to quantify text messages sent and received. Each message credit represents one message containing up to 160 characters. If you send a message that's over 160 characters, a second message credit will be used to send anything over the initial 160 characters.

What happens if I go over my monthly message credits?

Not to worry! If you go over your allotted monthly credits, you'll be charged for the messages sent according your Subflow plan. This can be anywhere between 1.5-2 cents per additional message.

Can I use my business phone number if I have a cell phone that can text?

At this time, we don't support integrations for existing toll-free phone numbers. However, Subflow users will receive registered & dedicated 10-digit local phone number, toll-free number, or unique short code.

How do I create and send SMS messages to my leads with your software?

Subflow dashboard makes it easy to send messages to your customers. You can manually type out a message on your computer and instantly send. You can pre-build messages that can be sent on the go. You can also schedule messages to be sent at a date and time of your choosing.

Can I import a list of existing phone numbers I have?

Not at this time. But, you can manually invite customers to specific products via text and QR code. Subscribers need to opt-in, give permission, to receive messages from you. If you need to import a large list, please contact us at support@subflow.com.

Can I integrate your SMS marketing software with other tools or platforms I use for my business?

Not yet. We will be integrating with Zapier soon which will enable the integration between Subflow and hundreds of other applications. If you have a request for integration please let us know at support@subflow.com.
